By accessing or using GeoBuddy ("the Service"), operated at geobuddy.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use GeoBuddy. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

GeoBuddy offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Free trial: Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of a charge for refund consideration.
• Price changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate until the end of their billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service beyond normal API usage
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without written permission
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by GeoBuddy and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoBuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. AI visibility data and recommendations are provided for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
