What happens after my free trial ends?
At the end of your 14-day trial, your account automatically switches to our Free plan with limited monitoring (1 brand, weekly checks). Upgrade anytime to restore full daily monitoring and additional features.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to additional features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle. No penalty for switching.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Yearly billing saves you about 20% compared to monthly billing. Pro is $39/month billed annually vs $49/month billed monthly. Business is $119/month billed annually vs $149/month billed monthly.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day free trial so you can fully evaluate the product before paying. After subscribing, we don't offer refunds for partial months, but you can cancel anytime and your subscription will end at the current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. All payments are processed securely. We currently don't support PayPal or cryptocurrency payments.
